2026 Greystones & District Parade NB information

🎉 Parade Details

The parade begins at 11:00am sharp from the South Beach Car Park and will travel through the town, finishing at the Marina.This year’s theme is Ireland from Shore to Sea, celebrating Greystones’ rich maritime heritage. A quiet zone in partnership with Greystones Autism Friendly Town will again be in place. Live entertainment will follow on Church Road after the parade.

đźš§ Road Closures

In place from 10:30am to 1:00pm

  1. R762 Mill Road and R762 Church Road
    Closed between the Mill Road Roundabout (junction with R774) and the junction with R762 Victoria Road.

  2. R762 Victoria Road
    Reduced to one lane with a stop/go system between the junction with R762 Church Road and Beach Road.
    This will allow access for residents and emergency vehicles to the eastern side of the railway only.

⚠️ There will be no access to car parks on Church Road during the road closure period. Please plan deliveries and staffing accordingly and inform customers where possible.


đźš— Car Park Closures

The following car parks will be closed from 5:00am to 1:00pm on 17 March:

• Municipal Park & Ride
• South Beach Car Park

Due to the Church Road closure, you will not be able access the carparks along the main street until after 1.30pm.
