From the running tracks, walks, field sports to more gentle pastimes – Greystones has everything. There are so many clubs to choose from; Rugby, Soccer, Tennis, Football, Hurling, Cricket, Sailing, Angling, Diving, Rowing, Bowling, Hockey, Badminton, Squash & of course some of the best Golf Courses in Ireland. But it also offers an array of cultural pastimes that will keep you and your family entertained and enlightened.

    Greystones Rugby Club

    Greystones RFC was formed in 1937 after a meeting in the Carnegie Library in Greystones attended by twenty mainly schoolboys intent on founding a club to represent the town.

    Continuous investment in the clubhouse and its playing facilities sees the club as one of the best maintained in the country, with a first class senior pitch, stand and terraces, a players gym, dressing and club rooms, bar, function room and club shop, with our pre-match luncheons considered to be the best in the country.

    Above all else Greystones Rugby Club is rooted in the local Community providing the opportunity to play rugby to players of all ages, gender and ability.

    Eire Og GAA Club

    Éire Óg Greystones is a progressive, non-denominational, non-political and non-racial Sports Club club with approximately 800 members and around 20 different teams competing in Hurling, Camogie, Gaelic Football and Ladies Football in Wicklow League and Championship competitions.

    It is comprised of adult and juvenile sections. The majority of the clubs members are juveniles, both girls and boys, playing football and hurling. The club has a proud and strong Ladies Football tradition.

    Greystones United AFC Football Club

    Two great clubs in Greystones with a rich history in the locality joined forces to become Greystones United Athletic Football. Boasting fantastic facilities including UEFA approved 4G all weather pitch along with some of the best playing surfaces on grass in the leagues it is obvious to see why it facilitates numerous teams in each of the age sectors from Academy right up to the over 35’s.

    Greystones Lawn Tennis Club

    Greystones L.T.C. places a big emphasis on both the social and competitive aspect of Tennis with a full calendar of Social, Club and inter club tournaments throughout the year, no matter what level of tennis you play.

    Facilities inside include function rooms on two floors, a commercial grade kitchen, conference meeting room facilities with full bar and lounge areas for function and social use, Junior room, shower and changing rooms.

    Greystones Mariners Baseball Club

    The Mariners Baseball Club is the oldest baseball club in Ireland.

    Our club ethos is Safety, Fun and Participation.

    We are a community-based baseball programme serving youth aged 5 to 17 as well as amateur adult players. At the end of 2019 we had about 70 members. The club is affiliated with Baseball Ireland, the National Governing Body for baseball
