Christmas in Greystones 2026
Saturday 21st November 4.30pm to 7pm
Christmas is coming to Greystones. Join us for Christmas in Greystones 2026, presented by Greystones Town Team in association with Wicklow County Council, as we welcome Santa and switch on the town's festive lights.
🎅 Santa comes to town
Santa will make his festive tour around Greystones before arriving in Burnaby Park. Family entertainment in the park starts from 4.30pm, and the evening ends with the magical moment when Santa switches on the Christmas lights.
Santa's route will be published here on Greystones.ie closer to the day, so you can plan where to catch him as he passes by.
✨ New festive light displays
This year there's even more to enjoy, with exciting new Christmas light displays, including festive reindeer. They're sure to create special memories for families and add to the magic of the season.
🛍️ Shop Local, Love Local
The lights switch-on marks the start of the busiest trading period of the year for our local businesses. Our Shop Local, Love Local campaign returns, with brand-new artwork by local artist Gavin Beattie. Look out for it on billboards and window stickers around the town.

❤️ Thank you
Christmas in Greystones would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors, local businesses and volunteers, and Greystones Municipal District. Our sponsors are featured on the Christmas in Greystones poster. Thank you to everyone who helps make it happen.
This Christmas, choose local whenever you can. Every coffee, meal, gift and service bought locally helps keep Greystones thriving.
We look forward to seeing you there.
